How do I determine how long I'll need you?
Our services page has an outline of estimated hours and pricing (final cost will be determined once the full scope of the project is determined). Please contact us for an obligation free 15 minute chat.
Does the quoted price include revisions?
Yes, our price will include one revision within the project timeline. Any additional revisions may incur a small fee.
This is where the quality of the brief and Tone of Voice guidance is important. If we have all that information from the start, we will hit the ground running.
What is the process for working with you?
Super easy! Once we've had a quick chat and our team has received the brief(s) and deadlines, we'll start working on your project right away!
A first draft will be sent back to you in a Microsoft Word document with track changes enabled, making it easier for you to make any adjustments and notes as needed.
Getting internal stakeholder approval will lie in your capable hands, but anything content creation is on us.
